我国城乡一体化差别的具体特征及其城乡统筹发展的政策选择

China urban and town integration difference's concrete characteristics and its city and town overall planning's policy selection

通过对中国东部、中部和西部地区重庆、武汉、天津、上海、广州、成都、北京等几个较具有代表性城市的调查,阐述了国内东、中、西部城乡统筹差别存在着显著的区域特征,根据提筹城乡发展东、中和西部具体特征,提出了应该采取与其工业化发展阶段相适应的不同发展战略的城乡协调政策选择以达到在协调中统筹城乡发展之路的目标。

Choosing Chongqing,Wuhan,Tianjin,Shangha i,Guangzhou,Chengdu and Beijing as the representa-tive cities of eastern middle and western china,we elaborated the inherent laws of Urban-rural development among them.Based on the specific characteristics of distinction of urban-rural development,this article proposed that in order to achieving the aim of urban and rural coordination development,we should adopt different developmental strategies which coordinate with their stages of industrialization.
