广西壮汉双语教学存在的问题及其对策

The Problems and Strategies of Zhuang and Han Bilingual Teaching in Guangxi

壮汉双语教学模式是一种针对广西壮族聚居区推行的特殊教学模式,目前壮汉双语教学中存在的问题主要是:壮文进校工作得不到重视;壮文校点布局不合理;经费投入不足,专项补助资金短缺;教材缺乏,教学方法单一。为此,各级政府应提高认识,落实壮文进校工作;及时调整壮文校点,使布局趋于合理化;加大经费投入,加强专项补助资金管理;编写壮文教材,制定规范、具体的教学模式;加强师资培养,提高教师整体素质。

The mode of Zhuang and Han bilingual teaching is a special teaching mode in Guangxi accumulation area.Nowadays,there are several problems in Zhuang and Han bilingual teaching：the work of Zhuang language brought into the school has received less attentions;the Zhuang school layout has been not reasonable;the funds and special subsidies have been insufficient;the teaching materials and methods have been of lacking and single.Therefore,all levels of government should raise awareness and implement the Zhuang language into the school work;adjust to the Zhuang language school timely for enabling the distribution rationalization;increase input and then enhance the special assistance fund management;compile the Zhuang language teaching materials meanwhile develop the norms and specific teaching;strengthen teacher training and improve the overall quality of teachers.
