当前高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设面临学科带头人不足、教师队伍结构不太合理、教师理论和科研水平有待提高、教师参加社会实践机会偏少等不和谐因素。和谐理念视阈下高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设要处理好教师培养与引进的关系、教学能力与科研能力的关系以及思想建设与制度建设的关系。思想政治理论课和谐教师队伍建设的具体路径为:明确以人为本的理念,加强学科建设,改进教学方法,提高教师的准入标准,加强教师的社会实践锻炼和师德建设。
