摘要
中小学教师所体验到的压力比其他职业的人高很多,不仅要负担繁重的教育教学工作,还要面对来自于社会环境、学生及家长、学校和自身家庭等各方面的压力。提高中小学教师心理素质是一项复杂的系统工程,既需要教师自身要有提高心理素质的意识,学习正确调适心理的有效方法,也需要学校管理者的支持和关心,更需要社会关注教师心理,营造良好社会氛围。
Teachers in primary and middle school experience higher stress than the other professions,teachers not only have to deal with heavy education teaching work,but also have to face with stress which comes from social environment,students and parents,schools and their own families.Improving teachers' psychological quality is a complicated systematic project.It needs teachers themselves to establish psychological quality consciousness,learn effective psychological adaptation method,as well as being supported and concerned by school administrators and the whole society by building the good social atmosphere for the teachers.
