对完全学分制下高等教育学籍管理改革创新的思考

Thoughts on the Status Management Reform of Higher Education under the Credit System

实施学分制教学管理,是高等教育人才培养适应社会及其经济发展的必然。完全学分制教学管理下,高等教育学籍管理在学生休复学、转专业、专升本等方面遇到了新的问题,管理工作有时也过于集中。改革高等教育学籍管理的构思为:对复学学生应当按学生入学年级管理;对转专业学生已取得学分的课程应先认定后审批;为专升本学生专门制定培养方案;推行学院管理、教务处审核的二级管理模式。

The implementation of Credit Management is inevitable for developing talents of higher education for adapting to social and economic development.Under the Complete Credit Management in higher education,the student management encounters some new problems,such as the delay and reentry students,changing major students,turning junior into undergraduate students.Sometime,the management is too concentrated.The idea of reformation of student management is that status for students of returning should be managed as entrance year;learnt courses with credits for students of changing major should be recognized and then approved;training program for students of turning junior into undergraduate should be formulated especially;implementing the cooperative management with college,and checked by Academic Affairs Office.
