摘要
高校作为高级人才的汇集之地和人才培养的重要基地,承担着人才培养、知识创新和社会服务的重要任务,其自身的人才资源决定着人才培养的质量,而高校人力资源整体素质的提高很大程度上取决于其人力资源管理的水平。因此,本文针对目前在高校运行过程中存在的种种不和谐声音,通过论述和谐管理理念的本质特征,提出和谐管理是一种适应新形势的全新管理理念。
Universities and Colleges,regarded as places of advanced talents gathering and talents education,undertake the important work of talents' education,innovation of the knowledge and social service.So the human resource of the universities determines the quality of talents' education,whereas the improvement of human resource quality relays on the management of human resource.Thus,unharmonious situations were pointed out for the universities in this study,and harmonious management was put forward as a new management conception which is suitable for new situation.
