摘要
采用微波照射- 氯化锌( Z C M R) 法从废物中制取锯末活性炭及烤胶废料活性炭,用所得的两种活性炭处理含铬废水,结果表明, Z C M R 法制取的废物活性炭对电镀废水中铬的吸附容量是市售一级粉末活性炭的1 .72 ~1 .8 倍, 过滤速度是市售活性炭的1 .6 ~1 .7 倍, 极限吸附量达21 .5 ~22 .5mg/g .
Manufacture method of activated carbon with zinc chloride-microwave radiation (ZCMR) from wood powder and waste rubber are studied. The activated carbon produced by the method was used to adsorb Cr 6+ in wastewater.The result shows that the adsorption capacity of Cr 6+ on the activated carbon from wood powder and waste rubber is 1.72~1.8 times and the filtering rate is 1.6~1.7 times as high as in comparison with the powdered activated carbon of the first grade standard in market. The maximum adsorption's capacity for Cr 6+ is 21.5 to 22.5mg/g.
