摘要
介绍了亨利常数随温度、压力变化的经验公式,并采用湿式空气氧化( W A O) 工艺处理城市污水厂活性污泥,验证了湿式氧化过程中亨利常数经验估算公式,以期为湿式氧化工艺设计和运行实践提供依据.结果表明,在180 ℃时,氧气的初始分压为0 .98 M Pa,氧气和二氧化碳的亨利常数分别为2 .5778 ×109 、5 .9894 ×109 N/ m2 .
In this paper,the empirical formula of Herrey's constant of pressure of oxygen , carbon dioxide and water vapor with temperature and pressure is dealed with;and the treatment of waste activated sludge from municipal sewage plant by using WAO(wet air oxidation) is studied. It is useful for the design and operation of this WAO process. The influences of oxygen , carbon dioxide and water vapor on the system were also investigated. The results show that the Henry's constant of oxygen and carbon dioxide at 180℃and 0.98MPa initial pressure is 2.5778×109N/m 2 and 5.9894×109 N/m 2 respectively.
