摘要
通过腹腔注射给予葡萄糖、四氧嘧啶建立小鼠高血糖模型,灌胃给予10g·kg^(-1)·bw^(-1)紫茉莉根水提物,连续给药10d,葡萄糖氧化酶法测空腹血糖,研究了紫茉莉根水提物对葡萄糖、四氧嘧啶、葡萄糖+四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠空腹血糖的影响。结论表明按10g·kg^(-1)·bw^(-1)连续10d灌胃给予葡萄糖、四氧嘧啶、葡萄糖+四氧嘧啶诱导的高血糖小鼠,均有极显著的降糖作用,水提物还能提高模型鼠的胸腺、脾指数,促进其肝、肌糖原的合成,而对各组小鼠的体重没有明显的影响。
To observe hypoglycemic effect of aqueous extract from Mirabilisjalapa on diabetic mice induced by administration of aUoxan and glucose, the models of diabetic mellitus were established by ip glouse and alloxan. Aqueous extract was observe the effects in the diabetic mice by 10g·kg^-1·bw^-1with ten days standing. Glucose oxidase method was used to measure fasting blood glucose content. Results showed that with 10-day administration by 10 g·kg^-1·bw^-1 in the diabetic mice, the clear hypoglyeemie effects were found. And the aqueous extract could significantly increase thymus index, spleen index, hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen content, while showed little.effects on body-weight of the mice.
