摘要 将Specific pathogen free(SPF)级昆明小鼠随机分为药物组和正常对照组,分别灌胃植酸和生理盐水,30d后经眼球取血和颈椎脱臼法处死,制取血清和肝组织匀浆,并测定其中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果表明:中剂量试验细小鼠的血清、肝组织中SOD、GSH-Px、CAT等抗氧化酶活性明显高于正常对照组,其MDA含量也明显降低;T-AOC的高剂量组呈现出雌雄细的差异,说明植酸在一定的剂量范围内可以增强机体的抗氧化机能,延缓衰老。 The specific pathogen free (SPF) mice were randomly divided into phytic acid groups (stomach irritation with phytic acid) and normal group (stomach irritation with saline only).The blood of all the mice was fetched from the eyeball and then all the mice were killed by cervical dislocation after 30d of cultivation. The blood serum and homogenate of liver were prepared for the measurement of the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD), Valley glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), catalase (CAT) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. The results showed that the enzyme activities of SOD, GSH-Px, CAT in the serum and liver of middle dose group was much higher than those of the normal control group. High-dose group showed differences between male and female. The conclusion was that phytic acid in a certain dose range can enhance the antioxidant function and delay senility.
