大学生认知情绪调节与抑郁、焦虑的相关性研究 被引量:20

Correlation Between Cognitive Emotion Regulation,Depression and Anxiety

摘要 目的研究大学生认知情绪调节与抑郁、焦虑的关系,为大学生心理健康教育提供支持证据。方法应用认知情绪调节问卷、Beck抑郁自评量表、Beck焦虑量表对504名大一新生进行测评,运用Pearson相关分析,多元线性回归分析,分析大学生认知情绪调节与抑郁、焦虑的相关性。结果 61.9%的学生有抑郁症状,6.9%的学生有焦虑症状。重新关注计划、沉思、灾难化的调节策略在不同抑郁状态组学生中的应用情况存在明显的差异(P<0.01),积极重新关注、沉思、灾难化的调节策略在不同焦虑状态组学生中的应用情况存在明显差异(P<0.01)。线性回归分析表明认知情绪调节各分量表分别可以解释抑郁总变异量的15.3%和焦虑总变异量的9.8%。沉思、积极重新评价和灾难化是能够预测抑郁的主要变量;沉思和灾难化是能够预测焦虑的主要变量。结论大学生认知情绪调节与抑郁、焦虑有密切联系,其中灾难化和沉思分别为抑郁和焦虑的主要预测指标。本研究为进一步探讨大学生的抑郁和焦虑的形成提供了一定的依据。 Objective To explore the effect of undergraduate students' cognitive emotion regulation strategies on depression and anxiety.And to provide suggestions on Mental health education for university students.Methods Give a measurement for 504 freshmen by Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,Beck Depression Rating Scale,Beck Anxiety Scale.Using Pearson correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis to study the relevance of Cognitive emotion regulation with depression and anxiety.Results 61.9% undergraduate students had depressive symptoms,and 6.9% undergraduate students had anxiety symptoms.There is significant difference in using regulation strategies of refocus on planning,rumination and catastrophizing in groups of students at different depression states(P0.01),and there is significant difference in using regulation strategies of positive refocusing,rumination and catastrophizing in groups of students at different anxiety states(P0.01).Linear regression analysis showed that all factors of Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire can explain the 15.3%variance of depression and it can explain the 9.8% variance of anxiety.Rumination,Positive reappraising and Catastrophizing were the main variables to predict;Rumination and Catastrophizing were the main variables to predict anxiety.Conclusion Cognitive emotion regulation and depression,anxiety are closely linked,in which Rumination was the best predictors of depression and Catastrophizing was the best predictor of anxiety.This study provide bases for undergraduate students' depression and anxiety.
