政府干预技术标准竞争的研究述评

Review of the Role of Government in Technology Standard Competition

近年来,技术标准竞争的战略意义越来越明显,政府干预技术标准竞争的情况也日益增多。本文对政府干预技术标准竞争的动因、政府干预技术标准竞争的方式、政府在技术标准竞争中的作用以及影响因素的既有研究进行了评述,并辨明了下一步需要着力研究的主要问题及其研究进路。

In recent years,governments are increasingly interested in intervening technology standard competition（TSC）.Based on the literature review,the issue discusses the reason of governments＇ TSC,the pattern of governments＇ TSC,and the roles of governments in technology standard competition respectively.The paper puts forward that some key problems need further research and gives the research path to deal with them.
