摘要
本文以一种全新的视角,运用企业能力理论,阐释企业由于一种内生激励创新,从而避免由创新外溢而使创新技术锁定效应情况的出现。由此而引伸出:进行企业本身的创新能力建设更为重要,而非专注于提供外部的激励措施。
From a new perspective,using the theory of enterprise ability,this paper explains enterprise try to avoid innovation spillovers which make innovation technology lock-in effect emerged.Thus the paper draws the conclusion that the innovative capacity-building of enterprise is more important than to focus on the provision of external incentives.
