高强度聚焦超声对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的近期疗效

Short-term therapeutic effect of HIFU in the treatment of renal angiomyolipoma

目的探讨高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤（RAML）的安全性和有效性。方法采用FEP-BY02型高强度聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机,对38例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤患者,采用多层面,由深层到浅层的方法进行聚焦超声治疗。结果 38例患者经高强度超声聚焦治疗后近期总有效率为94.7%,其中疗效显著30例、有效6例;无效2例,占5.26%。在治疗过程中,除2例术区轻度疼痛外,未出现其它的并发症。所有患者治疗后1-24个月复查肾图、肾功能及尿液分析等均正常。结论高强度聚焦超声治疗肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤安全有效,可作为一种无创伤治疗肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的新方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinicai effect and safty of High Intensity Focused ultrasound（HIFU） for treating renal angiomyolipoma.Methods The 38 cases were multi-slice treated by FEP-BY02 type high-energy focal tumor therapy apparatus.Results Among the 38 cases,30（94.7%） achieved significant curative effect,6（5.26%） moderate curative effect,2 failed to responce in the treatment.No complication occurred during the process of treatment with HIFU in the 38 cases.After treatment 1-24 months,the renogra,renal function and urinalysis became normal.Conclusion HIFU is a reliable and effective method for the treatment of renal angiomyolipoma.
