摘要
为筛选乡土用材树种与菌根型食用红菇菌的高效共生组合体,以红锥Castanopsis hystrix、白锥Castanopsis fabric和马尾松Pinus massoniana为宿主,以正红菇Russula vinosa07240、07242、07243、0204和0553菌株和鳞盖红菇Russulalepida0005菌株为菌种,开展了苗期接种试验。结果表明,参试的6个红菇菌株均可在红锥、白锥和马尾松苗木根系上形成感染,感染率46.7%~90.0%。马尾松的接种效应最快,不同接种处理之间苗高和地径的生长差异分别在接种后1个月和4个月时达到显著;而红锥和白锥苗高生长差异则在接种后10个月,地径生长差异分别在接种后12个月和14个月时达到显著。以0553菌株接种的红锥、马尾松苗高、地径及总生物量高于其他5个菌株接种处理。与对照相比,0553菌株接种下的红锥苗高、地径及总生物量增长量分别达24.1%、19.8%和50.4%,马尾松则分别达20.9%、18.6%和49.1%。对于白锥,则以07242菌株接种处理下的生长效应最大,苗高、地径及总生物量增长量分别达54.0%、20.2%和57.2%。红锥、马尾松与正红菇0553菌株,白锥与正红菇07242菌株为高效根菌共生体。
An inoculation experiment was carried out in greenhouse to screen mycorrhizal efficiently symbiosis of edi ble Russula fungus with three host tree species. Five strains of Russula vinosa and one strain of Russula lepida were inoculated to the Castanopsis hystrix, C. fabric and Pinus massoniana. The results indicate that the 6 tested Russula fungus were all well colonized on the root system of seedlings of Castanopsis hystrix, C. fabric and P. massoniana to form Russula association, and the percentages of mycorrhizal colonisation were arranged from 46.7% to 90% of the three tree species; The inoculation effects of the 6 bacterial strains on P. massoniana were the fastest of three parasitifers, and the differences of seedling's growth and ground diameter of the 6 bacterial strains on P. massoniana with different strain inoculation treatments took place in the first mouth and the fourth mouth after inoculated respectively; Whereas the differences in seedling height of the 6 bacterial strains on C. hystrix and C. fabric occurred in the tenth mouth after inoculated, and the differences in ground diameter of the 6 bac- terial strains on C. hystrix and C. Jabric appeared in the twelfth mouth and the fourteenth mouth after inoculated; Strain 0553 of Russula vinosa was the most efficient colonizer among the tested six strains in seedling height, ground diameter and total biomass of P. massoniana and C. hystrix, and compared with the control (uninoculated treatment), the increments of seedling height, ground diameter and total biomass of the treatments for C. hystrix were 24.1G, 19.8%, 50.4% respectively, and those for P. massoniana were 20.9%, 18.6% ,49.1 % respectively; However, strain 07242 of Russula vinosa greatly benefit to growth of C. fabric, the increments of seedling height, ground diameter and total biomass of the treatments for C. fabric were 54. 0%,20.2%, 57.2% respectively in comparison with the control. The testing results show that strain 0553 of Russula vinosa with P. massoniana, strain 0553 of Russula vinosa and with C. hystrix and strain 07242 of Russula vinosa with Castanopsis fabric were the mycorrhi zal efficiently symbiosis.
