阻燃杨木粉热解过程的红外谱图分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用红外光谱技术分析测定纯杨木粉与添加了阻燃剂(硼酸锌)的杨木粉之间的热解过程差异。对两种材料不同温度条件下的热解产物进行红外解析,结果表明:纯杨木粉在低于250℃的条件下热解缓慢,450℃条件下就已热解完全,而添加阻燃剂的杨木粉,其热解速率缓慢些,达到600℃条件才热解完全。在杨木粉中添加阻燃剂硼酸锌可以缓慢材料的热解,达到阻燃目的。 The pyrolysis process differences between the pure poplar powder and the appending flame retardant (zinc borate) poplar powder was determined by employing infrared spectroscopy analytical technique. The pyrolysis products of the two kinds of poplar powder under different temperature conditions were analyzed in the infrared spectrum. The results show that the pyrogenation of the pure poplar powder was slowness under 250℃ condition, and completeness under 450 ℃ condition, but the pyrolysis velocity of the appending flame retardant poplar powder was more slowness than without flame retardant, and the completeness pyrogenation occurred under 600 ℃ condi tion. The pyrolysis velocity of materials could be slowed down through appending flame retardant (zinc borate) in poplar powder, and the aim of obstructing combustion of the material can be realized.
