摘要
对摇臂钻床的数控改造设计,在不改变原钻床内部结构的前提下,在钻床上设计了3个工位,做到一机多用,并以模块化设计适应不同厂家的不同要求.利用计算机作控制部分的主机,操作简单,在改造过程中基本不中断生产,增加方案实施的可能性.此方案改善了集箱孔、管板孔的加工工艺,降低了废品率,提高了产品质量.
To performing numerical control design to reform the radial drill,three supplementary working positions were designed in the drill on the principle of using less money to do more things and the premise of not changing the inside structure of the drill,which makes the drill a multi use machine,encounters different needs of different boiler making plants with pattern block design,makes it possible for the plant almost continue the production with the help of computer acting as the master machine of the control system.This project improves the drilling process of collecting chamber and tube plate,reduces the reject rate,improves the quality.When the technique is spread it will gain much more benefit.The paper introduces the main idea of the reform and the design .
