摘要
论述了在新的竞争环境和信息技术的冲击下,传统的以职能为核心的宝塔式科层结构面临变革的挑战.分析了变革的趋势,给出了能够体现未来企业的网络化和扁平化特点的新的组织结构——以团队为核心的水平总线式结构。
The traditional hierarchy structure based on function classification should be changed because of the intensifying competition environment and the impact of information technology development.The paper analyzes the change trend of organizational structure and propose a new organizational structurethe horizontal bus structure based on teams,which could embody the networking and flattening features of future enterprises.The components and their characters of the new structure was portrayed.
