脲醛树脂—钠基蒙脱土插层材料改性速生杨木的研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了提高速生杨木的综合性能,以脲醛树脂/钠基蒙脱土(UF—Na—MMT)插层复合材料为改性液进行改性处理。结果表明:速生杨木的密度、尺寸稳定性以及力学性能均能得到明显改善;随着改性液中Na—MMT比例的增加,其抗弯强度、抗压强度、弹性模量不断增加;当Na—MMT的用量为14%、UF树脂的用量为20%时能获得较好的改性效果,抗弯强度、抗压强度、弹性模量分别提高了19.37%、30.24%和50.56%,但改性液对耐磨性和冲击韧性有负面影响,随着Na-MMT用量的增加表现为下降的趋势。 Poplar was modified with urea formaldehyde(UF) resin and Na-montmorillonite intercalation composite(Na-MMT) to increase the comprehensive performance.The results show that the density of poplar,dimensional stability and mechanical propersity were greatly increased.The bending strength,compressive strength and elastic modulus were increased with the increasing of the contents of Na-MMT in the dipping solution.The bending strength,compressive strength and elastic modulus were increased by 19.34 %,30.24% and 50.56%,respectively,as the contents of Na-MMT was 14% and UF resin was 20%.But the wear resistance and impact toughness decreased as the content of Na-MMT increasing.
