摘要
高校教师职务实行聘任制以来,在加强教师队伍建设方面取得了普遍的成果,但由于实施过程中的偏差,也产生了一些负面影响,为此,笔者从科学设岗,加强聘任管理,建立聘后管理的量化、硬化标准体系,评聘分开等方面提出了改进和完善高校教师职务聘任制的对策。
Since the appointment system in colleges and universities was put into practice,a good result has been achieved in the development of teachers resources.But there existed some defaults and negative effects in practical execution.Some measures to solve this problem are suggested in this paper.
