摘要
目的探讨特发性间质性肺炎的临床表现及治疗方法。方法对我院58例特发性间质性肺炎患者的临床表现及治疗方法进行分析。结果本组患者治疗后病情明显缓解,治疗后患者的肺活量和动脉氧分压显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中发生不良反应22例,2例在住院期间因呼吸衰竭死亡。结论对特发性间质性肺炎的治疗要尽可能争取明确诊断,区别对待,从而改善患者的症状及预后。
Objective Discuss idiopathic interstitial pneumonia,the clinical manifestations and treatment.Methods analyzed 58 cases of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia patients clinical manifestations and treatment methods in our hospital.Results this group patients disease was alleviatedwere relieved after treatment,After treatment,vital capacity and arterial oxygen pressure was significantly higher than before treatment,There was significant difference（P0.05）.22 cases Adverse reactions occurred during treatment,2 cases died during hospitalization due to respiratory failure.Conclusion Idiopathic interstitial pneumonia treatment to strive for a clear diagnosis,differential treatment to improve symptoms and prognosis.
