影响基层医院健康教育效果的因素与对策

目的分析影响住院病人健康教育效果的因素,提高基层医院健康教育效果。方法通过自行设计问卷,对住院部护士、患者共130人进行问卷调查。结果影响住院病人健康教育效果的因素包括护士的语言沟通能力、工作量、宣教时机和患者的年龄、健康状况以及对护士的信任度。结论医院应加强对护理人员沟通技巧及人文知识的培训,护理人员应努力提高自身综合素质和扩宽知识面,在实施健康教育之前准确评估患者的健康状况和心理状态,选择合适的时机施教,以达到最佳效果;同时,医院应完善后勤支持,确保护士有更多的时间进行健康教育。

Objective Enhance the healthy-education affection by analysis the factors which affect the patients＇recovering in hospital.Methods By the answers of 130 questionnaires from the patients and the nurses to find out the key factors.Results The factors influent the healthy-education affection are：the nurses＇ communication ability and skills,amounts of the works,education time,patients＇age,state of health and their trusts to the nurse,etc.Conclusion Hospital should enlarge the education to nurse and the nurse should enhance personal mixed quality and knowledge range,estimate patients＇ health stage and psychology stages,choose right time to do the edition to patient to get the best affection;Meantime,hospital should improve the back-up support,ensure nurse has enough time to learn the relative knowledge.
