摘要
本文采用FTIR、GPC、X衍射、密度测试、比表面积测试、溶涨度测试等方法研究了Lyocell纤维的聚集态结构,证明了Lyocell纤维属纤维素Ⅱ晶型,确认了该纤维的结构比常规再生纤维素纤维致密,结晶度和取向度更高。
Many tests methods, which include FTIR, GPC, WAXD, grandient tube of density, N_2 absorption test, expansion ratio test and so on are used in studying the super-molecular structure of Lyocell fiber in this paper. Based on these test results,it is confirmed that the crystallization and orientation degree of the fibre is much larger and its microcosmic structure is even more compact than that of viscose fibre. Also, the crystal type of the fibre belongs to cellulose Ⅱ of the monoclinic form.
