Decreasing the Medical Disputes take Advantage of Reducing the Average Length of Stay

近年来医患关系日趋紧张,医疗纠纷的发生率呈逐年上升之势。本文试从缩短患者平均住院日为入手点,探讨其效能,包括降低住院费用、减少入院患者等候时间、促进诊疗规范化、减轻患者家属负担等等。平均住院日的缩短,在给患者及医疗机构带来诸多好处的同时,也使医疗纠纷的发生率有所降低。

Physician-patient relationship has become strained at present;the incidence of medical disputes is rising day by day.This paper takes a focus of attention on the average hospital stay;basis on it discussed the following items：reducing hospitalization costs,reduce waiting time,promote standardization of treatment,and reduce the burden on family members of patients and so on.Shorten the average Length of Stay brings a lot of benefits for the patients as well as decreases the medical disputes.
