摘要
文章介绍了Siwear新型智能纤维的性能和特点、技术类型、原料选配、混纺比确定,以及织物规格、流程设计及其应用领域。就Siwear纤维与细绒棉混纺织物的生产实践进行了分析,并介绍了纺部和织部工艺流程设计和各工序工艺参数,探讨了生产中的关键技术措施,以及需要解决的问题。
Siwear,a new type of intelligent fiber was introduced from the aspects of properties,characteristics,types of technology,raw material matching,blending ration,fabric specifications,process design and the application field.The production practice of siwear and medium cotten blended yarn spinning was analysed.Process design and processing parameters of spinning and weaving process were introduced.Key measures and problems to be solved were discussed.
