程序化管理模式在儿科急诊留观室的应用

目的急诊留观室属于高风险科室,流量大,流动性强,病种多而且病情多变,给治疗和护理均带来风险,如何合理安排工作,降低风险,提高病人的满意度,是管理上必须重视的问题。方法实施程序化管理,就是把留观室的整个工作系统设计成一个流程,每一个程序里都有规定、措施、培训计划及其效果评价。结果从而保证了留观室护理工作的顺利进行,提高护理质量与效率,降低护理风险,提高病人的满意度,促进医患和谐,获得医院的可持续性发展。

Objective to emergency sample room belongs to high-risk departments,the flow,liquid,disease and illness,more treatment and care for all risks,and how to arrange jobs,reduce the risks and improve patient satisfaction,is management must pay attention to the problem.Methods implement procedural management,contributing to the whole room is designed as a working system,each program flow are defined,and training plans and measures of performance evaluation.Results the sample chamber to ensure smooth nursing work,improve nursing qualtly.
