Study on System Obstacles and Innovation of Contemporary New Rural Harmonious Culture

我国农村文化建设存在诸多体制障碍,是造成农村文化落后的深层原因。农村文化体制创新,是新农村和谐文化建设的必然出路,其路径主要有逐步破解城乡二元结构、创新农村文化宏观管理方式、改革农村文化微观管理体制和建立健全适应新农村和谐文化建设的法律法规等。

At present,there are many system obstacles in rural culture construction of China,which are the profound reasons for poor rural culture.System innovation of rural culture is the inevitable way to construct new rural harmonious culture whose main routes lie in four sides：firstly,gradually crack urban-rural dual structure;secondly,innovate macro management mode of rural culture;thirdly,reform microcosmic management system of rural culture;finally,adopt and make laws and regulations adaptable to new rural harmonious culture.
