摘要
针对泸型酒工艺在北方粮食酒生产中的度夏,提出一系列措施,并着重论述了度夏后的调整转排,从而确保了产品的质量。
A series of measures for the safe produdtion of Luzhou-flavour liquor in the north of China in summer was suggested.The adjustment of the production in the next season and so as to assure the quality of liquor was discussed.
