摘要
采用SolidWorks软件对行星架进行三维建模和有限元分析,并以行星架质量最轻为优化目标、以左右壁厚度、连接板与左右壁之间的圆角半径、连接板内径为设计变量、以强度和刚度为约束条件进行了优化设计,优化后的行星架质量减轻了25.95%,结构参数更加合理。
In order to solve this problem, the 3-D model of planet carrier is established and the finite element analysis is carried out under SolidWorks. Based on the result of stress analysis, the structure of planet carrier is optimized, with the mass of planet carrier as objective function,-the thickness of both left and right walls, the fillet radius between connecting plates and left (right) walls and the inner radius of connecting plates as design variables, the strength and rigidity as constraints. Optimiaztion results shows that the structural parameters of planet carrier are more reasonable with the mass is reduced by 25.95%.
