摘要
根据凸轮理想轮廓曲线在ADAMS中建立凸轮虚拟样机模型,通过样机的运动仿真确定失真的轮廓部分,修改凸轮轮廓曲线,消除失真现象,得出符合实际生产的凸轮轮廓,最后得出虚拟样机。结合ADAMS的强大功能对凸轮机构设计采用了一种新方法,进行了运动分析,得出相应关键物理量,提高了凸轮的设计效率和设计质量,缩短了设计周期。
The sample model of the cam is obtained in ADAMS based on the ideal outline of the curve. Through the simulation of the sample, the distortion of the outline is determined, and make the amendments of the outline curve of the cam. Eliminating the distortion phenomenon, up to the actual production of the cam is made, obtaining the virtual sample. It's a new approach of the cam design based on the powerful function in ADAMS. Through making the analysis of the movement, obtain the key physical quantities. This method increase the efficiency and quality of the cam design to shorten the period.
