基于LabVIEW的采煤机双牵引部同步加载方案的研究

摘要 随着煤矿高产高效技术的发展和采煤机功率的不断增大,对采煤机牵引部提出了越来越高的要求。在传统采煤机加载技术的基础上提出双电牵引部同步加载方案,可同时完成对采煤机左右电牵引部的同步加载试验,极大地提高了试验效率、解决了电牵引采煤机变濒控制系统与双行走部试验的匹配试验技术,具有巨大的经济价值。 The development of coal mine production, the increasing power of the coal machine, the equirement of traction department is also too high, and the corresponding detection teenology requirements are also higher than before. This paper based on the previous loading technology innovatively proposed synchronization scheme of double traction loading system, not only for the coal mining enterprises to complete the testing requriements, improve the products quality, and also save a lot of expenses, which has achieved enormous economic value.
