摘要 柔性制造系统(FMS)是由信息控制系统、物料储运系统和一组数字控制加工设备组成,能适应加工对象变换的自动化机械制造系统。调度与仿真模块是FMS信息控制系统的核心。为了验证调度算法的有效性和准确性,节省系统调试时间,仿真模拟功能无疑是调度模块不可或缺的重要组成部分,而位图技术的应用则能够很好地解决FMS系统仿真要求。以无锡FMS系统调度仿真模块的设计为例,给出调度模型构建、位图仿真调用的实现方法。 Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) consists of information control system, material transportation system and a set of digital control processing equipments. It is an automated machinery manufacturing system which can adapt to the changing products. FMS scheduling and simulating module is the core of the information control system. In order to verify the validity and accuracy of the scheduling algorithm, simulating function is undoubtedly an important part. By analysis the application of bitmap technology can just meet the requirement. The realizing method of scheduling model construction and bitmap simulation calling is given according to the example of FMS in Wuxi.
