摘要
将虚拟样机技术应用于汽车手动变速器的设计中,在虚拟环境下建立了变速器各零件的三维实体模型并进行了装配建模,以Pro/E为仿真工具对变速器的整个工作过程进行动态模拟,实现了在设计阶段可视的对变速器进行干涉检测,对提高变速器的设计质量和设计效率有一定的应用价值。
Designing manual transmission by the technique of virtual prototype. Established the three- dimensional solid model of spare parts and assembled them virtually. Use the Pro/E as the simulation tool to imitate the whole working process of transmission. This method supplies an access to the visible interference checking of automotive transmission. It has certain value in improve the quality and efficiency of the design of transmission.
