摘要
在分析485Q汽油机可变气门升程系统的工作原理、机构的基础上,分别对摇臂、凸轮等部件的结构参数以及低速和高速进排气凸轮的加速度曲线的分析和优化,为提高485Q汽油机燃油的经济性,增强其动力性能,降低CO、HC等废气污染物的排放奠定了坚实基础。
Based on analysis on the principle and mechanism of variable valve lift system of 485Q gasoline engine, the structural parameter of the rocker and cam and acceleration curve when the engine is in the low speed and in the high speed condition of intake cam and exhaust cam are analyzed and optimized. The study works can make the combustion of 485Q gasoline engine be more sufficiency and the power property be improved while the amount of HC, CO etc. Exhaust emissions be lower.
