介绍了山西煤机装备有限公司WC40EJ重型支架搬运车液压转向的原理与参数性能,主要讨论了重型车辆液压转向的优缺点,研究了WC40EJ上使用的液压转向器与液压转向阀的特点,解决了超重型车辆上较小的转向油缸和油量、驾驶室内噪音低和应急转向等问题。
The operating principles and parameters of the hydraulic steering system of a WC40EJ heavy support carrier developed by Shanxi coal mining machinery Co. were presents. It investigates the properties of the hydraulic steering and pumps of the WC40EJ carrier that could solve several problems such as the small steering cylinder and fuel consumption, noise in the cab, and the emergency steering system. The other possible limitation of the hydraulic steering system of the said carrier is discussed.
