摘要
基于克林根贝格螺旋锥齿轮的结构特点与切齿原理的研究与分析,得知该齿制为等高齿,它采用的产形轮为假想的平面齿轮。加工时,为避免刀盘与机床尾架的干涉,夹具轴向尺寸设计的合理性必须得到保证。利用VBA技术具有的参数化设计的优点,开发了夹具工作图自动生成软件,它具有用户界面友好,使用方便的特点。能有效地实现夹具轴向尺寸的精确设计。应用实例表明该软件能显著地提高设计质量,降低设计者的工作强度。
Based on the analysis of the structure characteristic and the cutting principle of Klingelnberg bevel gear, it was deduced that this kind of gear was equal-height gear and the shaping wheel was flat- imaginary gear. In order to avoid cutter interfering with tailstock, the axial dimension of clamping must be reasonable. Parametric clamping design method based on VBA was presented. Advantages of the software were easy to use and user-friendly interfaces. The program made mapping and gauging automation available. The drawing quality and efficiency of engineering designers were improved.
