采用插装阀的超静定液压支架液压系统的设计

摘要 针对超静定液压支架在升架过程中多缸同步的需求,基于液压阀同步的方式,采用插装阀对超静定液压支架的液压系统进行设计,并分析了其工作原理和性能。结论表明:采用插装阀的液压支架液压系统具有工作可靠性高、抗污染能力强、便于维护,能实现支架的快速移架,满足某些特殊工况的需求,具有很高的应用价值。 According to the requirement of multi-cylinder synchronous in the arising process of hyperstatic hydrau- lic support, the design adopted Plug-in valve in hydraulic system based on the mode of hydraulic valve synchronous, and the working principle and function are analyzed. The conclusion demonstrates that the hydraulic system adopting Plug-in valve has high working reliability, powerful capacity of resisting pollution, liable to maintenance and could meet the demand of rapid movement and certain special working conditions, thus it has tremendous application value.
