摘要 针对矿山企业整体电耗控制做出分析及改进方法,计算节电收益等;根据矿山设备基本情况准备用SH16、S9型变压器更换原有SJ、SJL、SL、SL1型变压器,介绍节电原理,分析节能效果;更换原有老化损耗高的输电线路;用新型鼠笼异步电动机更换原有JR、JS绕线式电动机、精确匹配电动机及负载,阐述绕线式电动机和鼠笼式电动机的优缺点;对空压机、通风机、提升机、渣浆泵进行变频改造;通过系列的全面改造措施达到吨矿处理单耗电降低10%左右的目标。 Control of mining enterprises to analyze the overall power consumption, and improvement, saving profits. According to the basic situatiort with mining equipment ready to use SH12 S9 type transformer to replace the original SJ, 5JL, 5L, 5L1 type transformer. Introduction saving principle. Analysis of energy-saving effect, replacement of existing transmission lines with high loss of aging, with new mouse cage asynchronous motor, replacing JR, JS winding type motor, exact matching motor and load, and describe the load motor winding motors and mouse cage motor's advantages and disadvantages. On the air compressor, fan, hoist, slurry pump for frequency transformation. Through a series of comprehensive reform measures to achieve tons of ore processing power consumption reduced by 10% of a single target.
