摘要
根据虚拟维修仿真方法的关键技术,提出了基于CATIA煤矿机械虚拟维修仿真应用的技术手段和实现方法;并以实验室球磨机为例,在CATIA平台上进行了虚拟操作人机工程模拟和分析;对煤矿生产企业设备维修技术培训和煤矿机械设计制造企业的产品开发有着重要的意义。
According to the key technologies of virtual maintenance imitation, the achieved methods of virtual maintenance at coal mine machinery based on CATIA is given, made the virtual ergonomics imitation and analysis of the machine operative step of the laboratory ball mill on CATIA. This research have an important meaning with the training of equipment maintenance at coal mine production enterprises and the design and development of the product at coal mine machinery manufacture enterprises.
