摘要
针对某矿井提升机井架异常振动现象,根据振动测试原理,设计了测试方案和测试流程。对某矿井驱动装置和井架等采取静态振动测试,提升机运行采取动态测试。通过信号的时域和频域分析,得出提升系统振动现象是由电磁振动、机械振动和主绳振动形成共振,致使系统的振动增大的结论。所得测试数据和分析结果对矿井提升系统的优化设计、检测与运行管理有指导意义。
For a mine hoist derrick abnormal vibration,a test plan and test procedures according to principles of vibration tests are designed. A mine drive devices and derrick, etc. take static vibration test program; the operation of hoist takes dynamic test program. By time domain and frequency domain analysis of signals, it was obtained that the phenomenon of hoisting system vibration was formed by resonances of electromagnetic vibration, mechanical vibration and the main rope vibration, then caused conclusion of the system vibration increases. The test data and analysis results obtained are important to optimal design, testing and operation management of mine hoisting system.
