Ecological Value and its Evaluation Based on a Low-Carbon Economy

近年来生态环境价值的研究引起了广泛重视,人们开始讲生态价值,算生态价值,用生态价值,特别是探讨生态环境价值的内涵与定量的评价方法,已成为当前生态学、生态经济学、生态哲学研究的热点。本文在阐述生态环境价值相关概念与分类的基础上,着重探讨生态环境价值评价的理论基础和现实意义并介绍了相关评价方法。目的是促进人们提高对生态环境价值定量评价方法及其意义的认识,从而进一步推动生态经济学、生态哲学的研究,以利于低碳经济建设,实现人与自然的和谐发展。

Ecological Value has been attached much importance and attention in recent years. People start to talk about ecological value, calculate ecological value, use ecological value and probe the connotation of ecological value and its evaluation method. Ecological value has become the hotspot of the instant researches in ecology, ecological economics and ecological philosophy. The paper expatiates on some concepts related to ecological value, discusses the base and practical sense of ecological value theory and introduces various evaluation methods to ecological value. We hope that our research improve people＇s perspective of ecological value and advance the study of ecological economics and ecological philosophy. In addition the paper aims to develop a low-carbon economy to promote the harmonious development of man and nature.
