烹饪是个庞大而复杂的系统,由处在一定相互联系中与环境发生关系的各个组成部分集合而成为一个有机整体,运用系统论的观点,从整体出发,认识烹饪系统的层次与结构,以便更深层次去研究烹饪.
Cuisine is a large and complicated system. It is an organic whole and its parts affected by circumstances are interaction. In order to study cuisine further, we must realize the gradation and structure of cuisine in the whole and in the point of systematology.
