摘要
探讨了以葡萄皮为原料生产天然保健饮料的最适配比和工艺流程。结果表明 ,该饮料不仅具有良好的风味 ,还具有一定的营养价值和保健功能。
The optimum formulation and processing technology for the production of natural health drink from grape skin are discussed in the paper.The results show that the drink not only tastes good,but also has fair nutritive value and health beneficial functions.
