摘要
以膜浓缩茶汁为原料制备了纯茶饮料 ,并就其风味、澄清性及过滤方面的特性进行了对比实验 ,得出膜浓缩茶汁将是生产茶饮料的最佳选择的结论。
Pure tea beverages were prepared with membrane-concentrated tea liquor.Comparison tests were carried out on their flavour,clarification and filtration characteristics to conclude that membrane-concentrated tea liquor was the best material for the production of tea beverages.
