摘要
对菜籽取油,制取蛋白的各种技术进行了综述,并提出了一条制取菜籽蛋白的新工艺:水酶法。就水酶法的作用原理。
The technologies of preparation of rapeseed oil and protein are introduced. The article puts forward a new thinking: aqueous enzymatic technology. The mechanism,process and the effects of aqueous enzyme are discussed in this paper.
