摘要 服务品牌是市场经济发展到一定阶段的产物,是企业为了提升核心竞争力,充分发挥无形资产优势而采取的一种战略。通过分析服务品牌的作用和烟草商业企业特点,研究烟草商业企业服务品牌构建模型,以供烟草行业进行服务品牌建设的企业参考。
