摘要
转向机构的碰撞是使驾驶员受伤的重要因素之一。应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式大变形有限元软件建立C型电动转向器(EPS)转向柱的碰撞力学模型,对其主要部件结构在碰撞过程中的变形过程和响应进行分析,对转向柱上、下套柱在相同的初始条件下(1000 mm冲击),单边过盈量分别为0.05 mm,0.10 mm时的动力学响应特性进行仿真,得出了不同过盈量时的位移-时间、速度-时间、应力-时间图像,以及各时刻冲击重物与转向柱套管的相对位置。
Steering system collision is one of the main factors that make the driver injured.The collision simulation model of C-steering column in an EPS was established with ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,and the mutual collision mechanics of the main structural components of the EPS and the corresponding role in the deformation process was investigated.Finally,the model in the case of initial condition(1000 mm shocks) was simulated when the surplus between the upper and lower volume was 0.05 and 0.10 mm respectively.And the results of displacement-time,speed-time,stress-time images at the heavy casing moments and the relative position were obtained under different conditions of surplus′s volume.
