RFoG technology is a new technology which is used PON network structure to achieve the propellant of the HFC network fiber.This article introduces the RFoG technology and the application solution in bilateral network during the retrofit.It explains how to use less input to gradually promote the optical fiber and to reduce the net voice effectively,as well as to develop the network quality and reliability,in the situation that protect the network equipment which the Cable TV operators already have.
