摘要
阐述 Ｗ ｅｂ 系统的组成及 Ｗ ｅｂ 系统组织和发布信息的实现过程，给出了将数据库中的数据发布到 Ｗ ｅｂ 页面的实现方法。
This paper expounds the Web system and its procedure of organizing and publishing information,setting forth the method of how to publish information from the database to the Web pages.
