An Airline Safety Assessment System

基于“人、机、环境”系统工程理论，在分析中国民航事故的基础上，发展了重视人的因素和管理因素的航空公司安全评估系统，该评估系统具有客观评估安全形势、发现薄弱环节和引导航空公司安全行为的功能。最后给出了航空公司安全评估实例。

On the basis of the theory of the Man Mechine Environment Systems Engineering, through an analysis of airline accidens in China, an airline safety assessment system is developed which attaches importance to human factors and management.The assessment system can objectively evaluate safety situation,spot hidden troubles or weak links in airline safety and guide airlines to safe operation.In conclusion, the paper illustrates how to conduct airline safety assessment with some examples.
